As part of an on-going series, the Poudre Heritage Alliance presents monthly educational pub talks at local establishments throughout Northern Colorado. For our November 19th Pub Talk at Mash Lab Brewing, Justin Korkus from Lamp Rynearson will be giving a discussion on “Water Rights 101”, with a focus on how water resources for industry and private developments are managed from a Colorado Front Range development perspective.
Justin is the Colorado Region Water Resources Group Leader at Lamp Rynearson with 20 years of multi-disciplined environmental and water resource engineering consulting experience across multiple sectors including mining, private development, municipalities, and industry. Project experience spans all aspects of water resources from western water rights analysis, surface water and groundwater planning and development, hydrogeologic characterization and dewatering, water and wastewater treatment design and operations, regulatory compliance, and integrated project management.
