Frank State Wildlife Area
Frank State Wildlife Trailhead, Poudre River Trail, Windsor, CO 80550
The Frank State Wildlife Area is located in Windsor, Colorado and allows direct access to the Poudre Trail. The area features cotton wood stands and is a great place for bird watching. It also features the historic B.H. Eaton Ditch and other historic wooden structures.
