Lory State Park offers trails for hiking, mountain biking, picnic facilities and horseback riding. Backcountry camping is available and canoeing, kayaking and rafting are also permitted.

Located near Fort Collins and next to Horsetooth Reservoir, the park offers stunning foothills scenery. Moving through rolling valleys and mountainous hillsides, the 28.1 miles of trails generally have an incline of no more than 12 percent.

Directions
From Fort Collins, take Hwy 287-North through Laporte and Bellvue. In Bellvue, turn south onto N. County Rd 23 and then turn right (west) onto N. County Rd 25-G.
