From I-25 North, take the exit for Hwy 392 east into Windsor. Continue east on Hwy 392 for approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left (north) onto S. County Rd 3 and then right (east) onto E. County Rd 32-E. Proceed approximately .7 miles to River Bluffs Open Space, which is on the south side of the road.
