The Food, Forage, and Farm Exhibit at the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery shows visitors how people have found ways to survive and thrive in this challenging landscape and to make it home. The exhibit features a windmill, a replica of a sugar beet shack, an interactive video display featuring descendants of the Germans from Russia and Hispanic immigrants who worked the fields, and you can explore a section of wood pipe that was used to transport water.
